Isabella and Landon’s Romantic Day in Classic Pinks and Greens

The Rogers’ Southern Romantic wedding at the Chapel in the Field in Bonifay, Florida was the perfect mixture of timeless details and personal touches. It featured soft florals, pink ribbon, an elegant, intimate ceremony setting, and a reception filled with thoughtful details.

While it’s hard to imagine when looking at these photos, their day did not go exactly according to plan. With rain in the forecast all day, Isabella and Landon expected to spend much of their wedding day dodging showers. Somehow, they managed to make it through all of their photos without a single drop, only for the rain to start pouring just as guests began to arrive. Luckily, their ceremony was indoors! Following the ceremony, when the downpour showed no intentions of calming, the bride and groom threw caution to the wind and embraced the rain, taking photos outdoors in the rain. This spontaneous moment created some of the most joy-filled and candid moments captured throughout their entire day!

Isabella writes, “Looking back, I think that’s what made our wedding so special. It wasn’t just the beautiful flowers, the chapel, the photos, or all the little details we planned. It was the feeling of the entire day—the people who made us feel like family, the girls feeling like we were in Vogue while the boys played poker, our private vows, and even the rain that we couldn’t control. Everything felt personal, fun, and completely us. We wouldn’t change a thing.”
